Lerato's Attitude Was Not Helpful

On the 1st January 2016 around 12h00 i went to Clicks in Newtown Junction and i was very excited to see that there were lipsticks on sale so naturally i wanted to try them on so i could make a purchase. I've purchased majority of my lipsticks from Clicks so i know how things work. I wanted to try on a different colour but there was no assistant around to help me with a remover. I then saw an assistant who goes by the name of Lerato and asked her to help me. Instead she told me that the removers where finished and there was nothing she could do about it just like there was nothing she could do about it if there testers were finished. The attitude was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. I go to Clicks for my lipsticks for a reason, the staff has always been helpful but that was not the case today. Lerato from Newtown Junction is letting the team down.
