Lebo management of clicks menlyn

What rude management u have. I went to clicks at menlyn mall to get meds as i was feeling under the weather. On that note was during my lunch time. Picked up one of the immune boosters off the shelf and headed to the till with a couple of other items. The cashier (malebo) scanned the items and i noticed that the immune booster was more then the price i saw... I advised the teller we walked to the shelf and there was the price i saw with more of the same items packed at the same place. She called the manager to explain that the price tag way placed in the wrong place... The manager advised that theres a mistake I want to understand why do u hire ppl that do not do they job. One the healthcare advisor did not do price checking. One mistake on ursyd. Now i must learn when i go to clicks store as a customer i must read labels... The Manager gave me the worst attitude after i explained its not my responsibility aa client to read labels but to look for an item and the price put by the item. She then said she will call her manager she can not r override. I mentioned that i was in a rush. She sent the teller to make copies for her instead or sorting out this problem first. There i was waiting for cashier as well as lady called Lebo... After 5min she came back did the override. No apology for any inconvenience caused instead her attitude went through the roof.. I would trust that as management postion u should hsve some sense of customer service. She did override and left. She said she could not override yet she wasted my time as sick as i was to wait for her to do what she wanted to do to only come and override herself... ****ty clicks i must say
