Leave your bad attitude at home. Do your job!!!

I was at Clicks today at 17:55, only one till was open, there was no queue but only one person who was paying at the till point. Lungile served him but when it was my turn she left the till without explaining what her problem was with the machine. She came back with her supervisor to fix the problem they had (till roll). She scanned the one item I had, never asked if I had clicks club card or not, never asked if I want a plastic or not. I payed for the item and when I asked for a plastic bag, she gave me even a bad attitude on top of that bad attitude she served me with. I asked for a pen and the bad attitude was worse. I'm sorry but I cannot tolerate the bad attitude from Lungile and am not expecting to get one next time I come there. I just want her to do her job and stop acting like we as customers owe her. I don't buy with credit and I owe Clicks nothing so the least I can get when I go to any Clicks is good services
