Lazy unhelpful staff.

<p>This is the second time this has happened to me at this branch. I go in and after not finding a specific product, I ask a staff member to help, this is the 2nd time someone at that branch has immediately told me that there is not stock without checking. Upon continuing to check, I found a whole lot of stock on the shelf. I showed the stock to the staff member and they immediately blame another staff member that they asked. On my last visit the staff member bad mouthed another staff member that they asked if there was stock. The one staff member told me that these people are too busy on their phones to assist customers. And that’s actually true, most of the staff are actually too busy on their phones to help, f they’re not busy on their phone then they are busy having a fat chat with each and other. There's a reason why this clicks branch is so quite all the time, it’s their horrible service that’s ****ing them.</p>
