LAZY STAFF

On the 16th of November, i visited Clicks Brackenhurst to purchase some Panado for my migraine. I walked into the shop and found none of the assistants on the floor to help me locate the tablets. Eventually, I found the tablets, whilst walking away I could not help but overhear the conversation that the pharmacists were having, all lazing around as if that's what they get paid to do. I expected at least one of them to ask if I found what I was looking for. I needed help finding a good tablet, however, i settled on panado as no one bothered to assist. I finally get to the till, only to be made to wait for over 15 minutes as there was only ONE til open and a guy VERY slow to assist(he had no name badge). Only after my sighs of irritation, he eventually summoned another worker to come help and after some screams exchanged between the two, he eventually came to assist Mr -No-Name, after I had left the till. I am tired of the lack of experience I get from this branch. FRom not helping me when I lost my clicks card, to the lack of service I constantly receive when going there.
