Lazy and uninterested call centre agent

I placed an order for a Clicks product online. Simply because I had visited many stores and they were all out of stock, then saw that there was "stock" online.

Whilst placing an order and going through the confirmations prior to payment, it showed delivery withinh 2-3 days.

Immediately after payment was received, the delivery days changed.

Noticing that, I called the customer service @ 8:55 today and I very lacklustre agent told me that she doesn't know why it does that, that it's still on its way to the store and MAYBE I'll get it tomorrow????????????? Not an inkling to even "**** "Let me check / see how I can assist?"

That's just disgusting, Clicks!!!!!!!!!!!
