But He Doesn't Know Why It Didn't Cancel. He Asked The Lady Next To Him What The Reason Could Be And She Explained That The Items With Water Aren't Part Of The Special. He Then Shuffled On The PC For A While And I Say To Him, Because My Husband Is Waiting For Me Outside, If He Can Hurry Up And Cancel The Items So I Can Leave. He Told Me He Is Unable To Cancel It Himself And I Asked Him Why He Just Doesn't Call The Person Who Can And He Said "Okay, I Will" He Dials For The Manager In The Store Intercom And The Wait Begun. The Manager Came After 10min And This After My Husband Left As He Was Rushing For A Meeting. Mr Khoza (The Manager) Walks As Slow As He Possibly Can, And While He Is Slowly Approaching, i Tell The Teller To Just Let Me Pay For The Items Sans The Promo As I Have To Go. The Manager Came And Instead Of Just Voiding The Items He Cancels The Whole Batch Of Items And We Start The Scanning Process Again... I Expressed My Concern To The Teller, Telling Him How Inconsiderate They Are Of Customers And The Manager Laughed Saying How Impatient I Am. I Told Them That I Will Be Writing A Review And Lucky Said "Okay". Since Mthokozisi Left Clicks In Norkem Mall, I Have Had To Resort To Coming To Birchleigh North. I Am Not Shopping At Clicks For Any Other Reason But Great Customer Service And The Birchleigh North Seems To Thrive At Disappointing Us As Customers. Bad Service Is One Thing, But To Be Ridiculed And Mocked For Expressing Your Disappointment Is Disgusting, Even For Clicks.
