Late Order but Super Stellar Service

I ordered nappies online on Sunday 26th Nov. Clicks was supposed to deliver by Wedn 29th latest (the day my nappies was about to run out) to no avail. I called the callcenter and the agent told me my parcel was now with the couriers and that I had to call them. I told her to call them and call me back with feedback. She called me back to say it would only be delivered by the Friday. I told her that was not acceptable as I had run out of nappies and that I wanted a manager to call me back. Nicki called me back said she would see what she would do and get back to me. She called me back told me the courier company would deliver first thing the next morning (bad news) but also that her manager was headed to Clicks to buy a pack of nappies and deliver it personally to my door. Thank you sooooo much Nicci and Aqeela for your stellar service and for truly going that extra mile. Thank you Aqeela for going out of your way. I really truly appreciate what you did for me and I hope that Clicks know what superb staff they have under their employment.
