Late opening and no interest from staff

Waiting outside the Benmore Gardens store on a Saturday morning when the store is advertised to open at 08h00. Have been waiting here since before eight it is now 815 and they are a number of staff who work for the store waiting outside who have made no attempt to communicate in any way with the number of customers who are waiting outside. Any attempt to ask them what is happening is met with a shrug and an explanation that “it’s late)”. The lack of interest in even trying to find something out for us as to win the key might arrive is shocking
