Late delivery for click & collet option

I purchased online and used the option of click & collect, however, it's been 9 days now that I have been waiting for the items to be delivered to the shop so that I can collect. I would not use their online purchasing again as they really suck. There are better service providers than them ad really efficient on deliveries.
