Late delivery and bad packaging

<p>I was sent an email to you about the fact that I received an email saying my delivery would come on Tuesday and cancelled my plans for the day. Delivery only received today. </p> <p> </p> <p>Upon opening the box the laundry detergent spilt as it was not closed properly. The other products in the box were covered in the liquid detergent. I paid full price for a product which leaked out into the box. </p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre does not really help. </p>
