Late delivery

Deliveries are supposed to take place every 28 days. For the past 3 months I had to call and beg them to send my meds. Yesterday I received December's meds (were supposed to receive it end November). And they didn't even send all my meds. Didn't even inform me that I won't receive all of the order. They are now 2 months behind. I have a life threatening condition and can die if I don't take my meds every day. I have told them that but it seems like they don't care. They are more than pathetic.
