Lars Excellent Service - Clicks Hartbee****rt Dam

I would really like to give Clicks Hartbee****rt Dam, Lars and his team at the pharmacy a really good review! Lars himself is really an outstanding person, and goes to the utmost when it comes to customer service and looking after the elderly, and the young in our community.

Recently he delivered urgent medication for an elderly lady as she was unable to travel. Who does that in our day and age...?

Myself, I have had the most outstanding service when my father in law was ill with cancer and I did not understand all the medications? I took the whole box, with the Dr's new prescriptions and went to see Lars... He checked every thing, gave me a list to query with the Dr as certain medication were different names and different effects. The Dr was very impressed with all the information and questions.

Lars is always a friendly face to see at Clicks Hartbee****rt Dam, Village Mall. I have been to other clicks outlets where the staff were not to friendly, and that is why I love visiting our Clicks branch in Hartbee****rt Dam.

Being epileptic, I can only use certain medications, and he is always checking that all my medication and prescriptions are correct, and if there is anything that will not work with me? Feels like having my own personal medical advisor!!!

There is no limit to good service and friendliness from Lars and his team. The store is always neat, and the staff will always let you know at the till what other items would be at a better price being bought together!
