Lame Excuse and Disregard from "beauty lady"

<p>So I recently went to Clicks in Tramshed to purchase concealer, and luckily enough I found one from Maybelline and it was marked down. I only noticed when I got home and checked my receipt that I had been overcharged for double the amount - R69.95 instead of R34.95. I decided not to query this as I was happy with the product. But little did I know that it would cause an irritation (rash)around the brow area where I had used it, TWO DAYS later. So I eventually went to the branch to query this and the beauty lady at the branch had the audacity to tell me that I had used it WRONG, saying that I shouldn't have used it in the brow area as it is for spots (and actually pointed to her cheeks). I was so confused by this as I had used concealer in that area before and have never had a reaction. She blatantly disregarded my complaint by saying I used it wrong and did not bother to offer a solution. I mean, I would assume you can use concealer on any facial area and that there is no specific concealer for specific areas. The concealer also had no expiry date on it. Although I managed to get back the amount I was overcharged I will NEVER use that branch again due to the lame excuse and attitude given to me by the "beauty lady" because I am now stuck with an irritation I don't know how to treat as the pharmacy at the same branch was of no help. </p>
