LACK OF SERVICE CLICKS N1 CITY PHARMACY

I work in a medical industry and regularly fax or email prescriptions to Clicks N1 City. Countless times our patients arrive to collect their medication only to be told that the prescription has not been received. This is chronic medication and these patients are turned away!!!!!! HIGH RISK for patients needing their medication!!!! One has to hold on 20 plus minutes just to speak to the pharmacist or someone in the pharmacy. It is unacceptable! One cannot even call it lack of service - just purely - no service!!! Surely it seems as if this expectancy is not manageable.
