Lack of service

Been to the new clicks store on west street in Durban. Chose a USB fan and the label beneath read R99...the was a sales staff in the Aisle right beside me so I asked her which fan was at R99. At the cashier I was told R169 and then told the cashier to double check cos the price read R99 and she called the manager Lunga to override. He came thru and said that there three different labels and literally accuses me that I took the fan from another price range...I then called the staff who was present and she told him that the item was on the shelf with the Label at R99 and she confirmed the item. Anyways this Lungs being the manager refused to assist or even apologise for the error. I left my purchases and walked out. You need to teach your managers etiquette and that the policy of the customer is always right...
