Lack of service

Everytime I visit Clicks Pharmacy in Townsquare the service is becoming worse. There is only one pharmacist assisting with OTC medication. Yesterday I had to wait 45 minutes in the queue just to get a box of Allergex. The service is absolutely shocking. When one of the clients standing in the queue started to complain the pharmacist went to the back and there was nobody to serve the customers. She stood there for 5 minutes. When she came back she was giving the customers a lot of attitude. When looking for the store manager, he was in his office with the door closed so after 10 minutes of waiting to tell him the situation I had to leave. This kind of service is appalling and I dont understand why it is carrying on for so long without any action being taken
