Lack of people s****s

On Monday the 26th of March I went to Clicks in Parow Centre to get myself pain medication. I went to the pharmaceutical department and was assisted by someone with arrogance and no respect towards me as a customer.

The pharmacist who assisted me informed me that all she sees on my history is pain medication and with that statement a whole lot of questions followed which made me feel uncomfortable. There was no discretion what so ever and the was a long line of customers who had to hear what she was asking me. I felt like she was implying I am addicted to pain medication.

If she is concerned about my health then she should have gone about it in a completely different way. I'm a firm believer in " it's not what you say but how you say." and when dealing with customers and their information no matter how small it should be done with discretion.

From here on out will stick to Clicks Zevenwacht or Dischem because I don't ever want to feel like I did when assisted at the Parow Centre branch
