Lack of knowledge

I had really ****py service at Clicks promenade. The black female pharmacists with braids have me the ointment. After asking her if she is sure. Then this morning the other black old guy tell me that the stuff won't do anything to my skin. When the wrong stuff caused my foot to swell up. I'm really disappointed in the knowledge of there phamarcy staff. Clueless if you ask me.
