lack of emphathy

On Sunday the 31st on may 2015 I went to clicks pharmacy maponya mall to buy some flu medication for my daughter the new added member on my partners' medical aid. I was attended to by fikile madonsela. She asked for the clicks club card and then I told her that the one that I have is not linked to the medical aid that I want to use. Then she asked if it's the first time I'm using the card at clicks maponya mall and I said yes for the dependant that I want to take meds for its the first time. And she was like so I did you come this time? It was around 16:45. I was shocked that I couldn't even answer her back. I'm a professional nurse and I work from 7am till 4pm and when my patients come to the clinic around closing time I don't ask them such questions because I'm there to assist my patients they are my clients. That is what I expect from all health professionals.
