Lack of Customer Service

So disappointed by the lack of customer service at your Boksburg Medicare pharmacy. It's like a government department or they are running its their uncles business! Nonsense of urgency at all! I was there 7:35am waiting for them to open at 8:00. Your staff got there at 8:03 to open. I was outside the door waiting you staff was member were chatting making joke with the Medicross receptionist. I was standing in front of the gate with my sick child they just looked at me like I don't exist! They opened the gate 8:07! Stood there waiting no one called me. I eventually asked is the anyone to assist me. No one bothered to apologize for keeping me waiting they just continued with what ever they were doing. Worst part after the wait and rude staff I was told medication I was looking for there is no stock. I had to drive to another pharmacy.
