Lack of Customer Service

<p>This morning I had to wait 10 min before I was assisted at the pharmacy counter. The ladies in the back was having a very loud personal conversation, so much so that the male employee had to go and call them to help me. When the lady asked if she could assist with absolutely no truth to the matter as she was not happy being called to help me, she merely said they do not have stock and neglected to offer an alternative. Really Clicks? Is this the kind of staff that you like to portray your image as? How disgusting</p>
