lack of Customer Service

During mid December i went into the store to purchase a few items from the various promos that you had. One of them being the Click Bio Oil which was for R9.95. Upon getting to the till, the cashier called the supervisor, as i had taken the 3 for 2 and the Bio Oil. The Supervisor and the Cashier both vehemthly stated that the 3 for 2 was not on the Oh so Heavenly Oil, and I insisted it was as per the pamplet, the same with the Bio Oil. Its not my fault that there was a printing error and the word \from"was missing. if I was nasty I would have taken more than just one! After much fuss and checking the pamphlet"
