Lack of common sense Bad customer care

Clicks refused to process my script send via e mail. It is Covit. I am high risk TO at 65 standing in a line for half an hour in badly next to no ventilation. AND IF THEY JUST MADE THE EFFORT TO CHECK MY PROFILE they would notice I take eltroxin thyroid tablets WHICH!!! IS NOT A DRUG!!! For the last 35 years. My eye sight is not perfect but I could easily read the script. No wonder why Clicks are destroyed it's not only riots it's frustration the way they treat customers with no common sense or importance. Thanks Clicks the competition in the market offers service with common sense& better customer care than you. Bye bye you just lost ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
