Lack of Accountability

On Sunday I bought some medications at Clicks in William Moffat, all the medication was packed into a bag and went to proceed to pay for it. To my surprise I get a call from the store accusing me *****ing a bottle of Mybulen tablets. This obviously comes and a shock to me as, I gave the teller all my items (and it was just two - the packet with the medications and a cleansing brush) and I wasn't aware that she had missed anything. I don't have an issue with paying for the missed item, but I do not appreciate being accused of *****ing and than being summoned to go to their store to pay for it, whilst I don't even live in Port Elizabeth. I tried to explain that I thought the teller had rung all items and she just did not want to listen or take accountability for the fact that the mistake was on their part and instead went on to insinuate that I purposefully stole. Disgusting customer service!!!
