lack o communication

I'm not happy with service I never got from Clicks Jabulani Mall , been going to clicks from the 29/06/20201 for my set up date appointment only to find that the nurse will be available on the 30th , went back on the 30th still not available , bare in my mind I am working from home & can only consult during my lunch times , my consultations are not even 10 mins long , went there for 4 consecutive days still no nurse available , on the 05/07/2021 i was there again told the nurse will be avaialble on the 06/07/2021 was told to leave my contact details i will contacted but no-one did until today i called to find out if the nurse is available , they confirmed she is available , went there again during lunch time when i got there , there's a que to go in so I went to ask the security that I'm only there for the clinic & explained that I am on duty she could not help , another lady who works there went to inquire for me & only to come back with a unfriendly nurse who just said I did not make an appointment & she is on lunch cant help , when I tried to explain my situation she did not bother to listen just walked away. May i kindly request for a better service or a way that can be implemented that people who have to consultant can there be always if not maybe 3 times in week be available to assist us. i have wasted so much petrol driving there & get no help also cold people who don't have our time. We only go to the shops when necessary but if there's no service rendered we find ourselves doing up & downs try to get a mere service.
