Kept in the dark

I ordered milk and nappies online on the 30th of May 2020 and to this day i haven't received any confirmation or delivery of my goods. This is such an inconvenience since i had to buy 2 tins of milk while waiting on you guys. The 2nd tin is about to run out as well.
