Kenilworth Clicks Staff is Atrocious with their customer service.

The Staff at the Clicks in the Kenilworth Centre are not very polite and rather rude given the experience I had with my wife to tried to return a dysfunctional product. They were insensitive to our experience and seemed to discuss the matter away from us and then laugh, as if to say, that there is nothing that will happen regarding us being refunded. After *********** management resolution with the store manager, my wife had to contact customer service, who were so helpful, as if they were from another planet or something. Customer Service helped us get a refund on the product but the service and treatment from staff at the Kenilworth was just absolutely pathetic.
