Its the 2nd time now that i had issues with the pharmacy. Last my script was not loaded for the repeat and this time my script loaded but for some reason i have 2 profiles a centralised 1 and normal 1 so every time i go collect my repeats im told there is nothing on system and i struggle till its found. On Wednesday the central system was off so i could not collect medication as they could not find the script and i had a fight with the manager cause headoffice is closed and the shop where my script originally is was closed before the time so i was left nowhere. I now have to drive once again 2 Clicks waste petrol, waste my time to sort out the **** that they cannot sort out.
