Kambrook toaster

I have purchased a kambrook toaster last year July and a george foreman griller. The toaster packed up and last week my husband went to cornubia clicks that's where it was purchased. The receipt I had already faded and had to get the details on my clicks card. So my husband went back the next day and he is a 70 year old pensioner and had to stand and wait for over an hour for this to be sorted out only to come home with a Safeway toaster. I have sent emails and have spoken to the manager from Cornubia clicks and told him I want the same brand toaster I purchased no matter what price it was whether on special or whatever I want the same brand. Have not heard from him again so I sent a email today again to clicks complaints. They say the manager contacted me so I said to him in reply when we purchase a Volvo warranty is still there. We not expecting to get a Suzuki in return. I told the manager get me the same toaster he said it's no longer available but when I looked on the website there is plenty of stock available si something is wrong here and I will not settle for anything less. Said to them will contact consumer services.
