KAMBROOK PRODUCTS BEWARE!!! - NO SPARE PARTS!!!

I am trying to get information from Clicks Customer Care since the 12th October for a spare part(after sales service) for our KAMBROOK LIQUIDISER all I have had to date is Customer Care bouncing this to their MERCHANDISING TEAM who either DID NOT GET THE INFORMATION or who DON'T REALLY CARE!! <br> No interest in the CUSTOMER!! NO FOLLOW THROUGH on outstanding matters!! A ticket should be opened and the Complaint/Query CLOSED OUT or once the customer is satisfied has been dealt with a far as is possible!<br> Going to the CLICKS FACEBOOK PAGE just look at the complaints about the CUSTOMER CARE CENTER, this should get the team moving!!<br> Lets see now what happens following this posting!!! <br> BEWARE OF KAMBROOK PRODUCTS SOLD BY CLICKS!!! NO SPARE PARTS AVAILABLE BY A 3RD PARTY!!!
