Kambrook Blender issue

I bought this blender, it was faulty and clicks replaced it after long talks. The new blender was now also faulty, where the liquid literally oozes out the bottom and the mechanics create a brown powdery substance which actually leaks back into the shake. I have done everything from contact Kambrook directly overseas - they are NOT in SA and eventually was advised to speak to Clicks. I had emailed clicks so many times with No response ti this day. Now it is passed the return date (however I have the emails, with dates reflecting correct time frame) but still nothing! All I want is a working blender that I paid for. NOT that brand.
