Kambrook Air-Fryer poor quality

On 04/08/2020 i purchased 2x Kambrook Smartlife Air fyers 4L. I have used 1 of the air fryers not more than 4 times and there is a problem with the heating because the food comes out uncooked. i have tried to use both air fryers cooking the same thing and one doesn't cook the food at all. The problem with the second air fryer is that is is peeling and rusting which is unhealthy. I Have pictures to prove this. I have emailed clicks customer care and have not received any response from them and this is unacceptable.
