I was at clicks walker drive on friday 18 sep 2020. Getting my mothers bipolar meds. All went well till the lady at the back had to sign it off. The lady that helped me came back to the front and told me she cant give me the meds as there is a note on system saying only my mother can collect it. Ever since we have been handing in scripts there i fetched my mom and dads meds. As well as mine. Its like 18 years. She didnt want to tell me what computer said as im not allowed to look at computer. Now clicks walker drive in pe and baywest mall came with this nonsense. They are all linked. So if im in william moffat or lorraine i fetch it there no issue.but now all clicks has got a vendetta against my family. And our medical aid said we must give it in there because there wont be a co payment. When my mom phoned today they had no recollection of this. Just to show u how they lie. If they dont like u, they treat u like ****. The white guy at walker drive is not even allowed to help me coz im white. Only the other pharmacists which probably got their diploma in a lucky packet or bought online. This will definitely not end here. Clicks' rating is 2.3 out of 10 out of thousands of clicks.
