It’s been and years shopping at clicks twin city burgersfort and I have never came across any bad service but today i was horrified when I was told that it is my responsibility to look for a price tag while there’s a huge price placard right in front of me. I took a Colgate toothbrush where there’s a price tag that says 19,99 and when I got to the till it was 39,99 and when I asked why Lesedi ****ubje told me it was that price then I told her that where I took it it says 19,99 she then said let’s go check it we went and found the price tag there she then told me noooo it’s for the double action and asked her how was I supposed to see the price as there’s a reduced price tag on top of the price? She then told me there’s no space and I asked here that since well they covered the price of the toothbrush I had in hand “whose responsibility is it to make sure that the price is visible to the customer? She said it’s my responsibility to look for the price WOW. She then said bona my friend i then asked her not to call me that because I felt intimidated by her response and she left me there with some guy she works with and when I went back to the till I told her that I was going to report her she said it was okay. I asked her why can she say it’s my responsibility she said she answered like that because I asked her and she never offered any apology.
