Just close the shop permanently???

Your key west store has been offline since Monday last week on Saturday I had the doors closed in my face by security guard saying off line - instead of putting up proper signage and advising the customers there is a problem - just badly handled and all this all started on Monday morning - my incident happened on Saturday - I emailed Clicks customer service and as usual no response? beyond pathetic and serious customer training needed in this - how to deal with irate customer get security guard to close the doors....the attitude of this shop has never been good just let Dischem move in rather!!
