Jumping the queue

At 11:10 today I was queue in the prescription queue ( separately marked from self medication queue) the pharmasist Emerentia calles someone from the self medication overl before assisting me.<br> <br> I thinks this was very rude, when I questioned her actions I was told they don't follow queues as marked over weekend. There was no sign to say queue are used differently over weekends
