Job applications online - error

Good day

I am trying to apply for the Pharmacist assistant jobs online, but the system keeps on rejecting me saying that i already have a profile, which i do, however i cannot recover my password as it keeps saying that my email does not exist. when i attempt to re-register, the system says my email address already exists. closing date is 16th and 17th for these applications.

Can someone urgently help me please.
