Jessica the pharmacist Clicks Grahamstown

I have been using Clicks Grahamstown for the last 2 years. Everyone knows me at the store & I generally have solid relations with all the managers. Today I was rudely disrespected by a pharmacist at Clicks Pharmacy. I arrived at 16:10 at about 16:25 I get help from Mr. Ncedani who takes my script from my dermatologist. He explains that one of the medications they do not stock but he would check. 10 minutes later he comes back with a Jessica who is also the pharmacist there. Jessica questions & undermines the script written by my Dr. stating that what my Dr. had prescribed was not correct & that she would not be able to disperse it. I get upset & question her on why would she as a pharmacist interfere in a treatment plan prescribed to me by my Dr.? Treatment I had consented to use after a lengthy discussion. I instructed her to call the Dr. as this was the script given & that her practice number & HPCSA number are written on script. The time was now 17:00hrs. She comes back & she had not gotten ahold of my Dermatologist as I too had failed. I express my dissatisfaction and confusion over why would she not want to disperse medication prescribed for treatment by my specialist. At this point I am upset as the time is 17:10pm. She then instructed me to go elsewhere as she was not going to help me because I was rightfully upset. This infuriated me because I think she is disillusioned to think that Clicks belongs to her father or family?? I raised by voice & demanded help. I walked out of Clicks an hour later. I need someone to explain to me if this is the training & service we should be subjected to? You pay a specialist to treat you & have a pharmacist refuse to do her job. I demand an apology from Jessica to myself & to my Dr. whom she said during our argument that she did not think her treatment plan was correct or that it would work by extension questioning her expertise & qualification. This is by far the worst experience I have ever received from any Clicks store!
