Jean-Pierre horrible clicks pharmacist

This review is based on my experience at the clicks pharmacy in harbor bay Simons town, with a pharmacist named Jean-Pierre. I stood their for 30mins informing the man what the problem is with regards to my medical aid card, the date. For some reason he refused to listen and sort other reasons on the system. 30mins passed and I'm red in my face, he says the birth date is correct yet I told him the person is not born in that year. He types in the date I gave 30mins ago and it goes through on the system. Then I asked if they had stock of a certain medication, he says no, not evening checking if they do. I left that pharmacy exceptionally angry. Oh and when I gave my clicks card he said the name I gave does not match the name on my card. Obliviously it wont, that's why there are profiles on the card that you must check. WHAT A JOKE. I had to travel to Dischem to get the rest of my medication and guess what, NO PROBLEMS OCCURED. This was such a ridiculous situation. This is not the first time this man was rude to me and another member in my family. I will rather go somewhere much more professional and dignified.
