I've order online on the 10th and it still hasn't arrived

I've order online on the 10th and it still hasn't arrived. Delivery of the product is 4 to 6 working days. This is such an inconvenience when you need the items in order to do what you need to. Then the online center takes up to 3 days to respond to your query not forgetting that even after they probably resubmit the order you still have to wait another 6 days. Worst part of it is requesting to be paid back can take up to 21 days.
