Items tempered with.

I ordered items online, as I usually do to avoid standing in long lines. My items arrived on time as usual, however my wax strips had been tempered with and opened, when I looked inside I only had 9 strips instead of 18. I called the call center and I was advised that this would be escalated to the relevant department, which it was. I was promised that I would be contacted in 48-72 hours and still nothing. I paid for my items in full and I want them to be delivered as they were paid for!
