Items placed on a sales shelf and sold at full price.

To whom this may concern: I do hope this finds you well. I am so very much disappointed with the operations skills implemented by the Manager at the Clicks Store in the Pier14 mall complex in the Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth. I have my proof of what occurred that day in October 2024 about the second week in Oct. Items were placed in a rack that clearly says Sale however the manager refused to acknowledge the special price when I asked to pay for it. I felt so horrible and this isn't a first time offense. Why does this happen and its 2024. I don't understand how do you recruit employees without peoples skills. I love shopping and love the Clicks group but why do I have to feel such anger and disrespect from a so called leader. Please something needs to be done.
