item on shelve but manager does not want to sell

i went to one of your stores in centurion mall and as I was browsing,i saw a perfume Estee Lauder-amber mystique which was on the shelve and did not have any price so I asked one of the consultants to check the price and they advised me that is does not scan the pathetic manager there "with a stinking attitude" told me that there is nothing that can be done (she doesn't even try to manually override the price so I can buy the item) steadfastly I calmly asked her several times if nothing can be done for me to buy the item (I was not asking it for free) now why does she keep items on the shelves that do not have any prices nor scan and doesn't wanna override when I ask to buy the item? that to me is false adverti*****t and propaganda and the attitude she gave me was despicable

now I want to know from the head office if we are just going to leave it like this because I want to buy the item as its unavailable countrywide
