Is your staff not able to check productsin other branches for customers

I went to clicks eloff street Johannesburg looking for a Rapid grow a food supplement and dis not find it. I asked 1 of the guys to check online where i can get it. He did not check but said go to Park station. I went to Park station and did not find it. Asked again 1 of the workers to check which shop i can get ot and she said Carlton Center though she did not check it. I wen to Carlton center clicks and did not find it and asked 1 of the worker to check online where i can get it and he said its out of stock natio wide as he had tried phoning other branches at malls a few days back for a customer. Surprisingly i called Killaney Mall myself and i was told they have it and i did go to Killarney Mall branch and bought it. After wasting my time and energy being sent from 1 branch to the next all for nothing It seems like you teach all your workers the same thing of not finding products for customers online.
