Is this a service or a ****??

My complaint is directed at Clicks Direct Medicines in particular. I thought it was a very convenient method to get my chronic meds, but alas almost a week later and I am still waiting for the meds. There has been minimal contact (email) and the feedback was just to inform me that the script was loaded. No indication of delivery nor any form of processing.

I have since tried to de-register via e-mail (the website is useless). I am awaiting a response...
