Is the Clicks Clubcard funeral benefit a myth?

I got an invitation to subscribe, and then got a letter with a Clicks and Hollard logo on it as confirmation, referring to annexures and a link on the Club Card website. No annexures or link on the website to be found. I phone Club Card who referred me to IUA Business Solutions. IUA referred me to Hollard who had no record of my ID number, and in turn referred me to *** - who ever that may be. I lodged a formal complaint with a lot of promises - nothing happened. Don't bargain on funeral cover from Clicks - I don't think it exists.
