is that what is called customer service??

I went onto the clicks website and there was a russell hobbs kettle that i wanted to buy. I tried a few stores and couldnt find it so i decided to buy online. As and when I decided to buy online it turned out they were out of stock. I then sent an email to them on 30 May requesting assistance in terms of whether there is any store that has the kettle in stock or whether they are able to inform me when they have stock.

I received a reply on 31 May and was informed that my query has been escalated to the relevant department and they should revert shortly.

As i was not sure what "shortly" meant period wise, I sent another e-mail on 1June and got a reply saying they are still waiting for merchandising department and as soon as they have feedback, i will be informed accordingly.

I must say I was impressed with the prompt replies.

However, sitting here on the 15th of June.....not a single word from clicks. chances are if i write again i will be told same story.

if they cant assist should they rather not just say so so that i can get another brand.

what is the point of having a customer service division if customer service doecnt seem to be a priority.
