Is Regina still on training?

Why is it so hard to get assistance from this one person. I have been using Clicks pharmacy for a long time now, but when Regina assists me there is always a problem. Today I just went to get self medication for my son, Regina said I had to change details on my Clicks profile, after I told her that my son and I use different Medical Aids and my profile has my medical aid and not my son's medical, she has to nerve to tell me to listen to her and say I have to change the details on my Clicks profile or she will not be able to give me the medication. She tells me I have to get Clicks card for the father of my kids cause they are using his medical aid. Think about it how can I open and account on behalf of someone without consent? I asked if the way things are done has changed, she said no, I asked her to check for my son's name, and only after finding his name she gave me the medication was it that hard?. Is this not the first thing she should have done?
