Irritated customer

The grassy park area just experienced loadshedding from 2-4pm and straight after the electricity in the area came back on I decided to go to Clicks to get a few things. As I pulled up I saw a group of people, very frustrated, standing outside and I asked an employee through the glass what's going on. He then told me they are doing stock take, which I thought was quite weird seeing that they just had loadshedding for 2 hours also and normally shops do stocktake after hours. I asked what time they will reopen and he said he doesn't know. I then decided to wait outside with the group of people since it was still trading hours. Mind you, the group of people mostly consisted of old people and a lady with shopping bags. The manager comes out after like 20-30 minutes and said they are now closed. I'm really not sure who wouldnt do stock take during the 2 hour loadshedding period and also how can you watch people wait for so long and get more irritated with us? Not cool Clicks Grassy Park... Really not cool
